Deep Work is built by founders, coaches, operators and therapists who’ve lived through burnout, imposter syndrome, leadership pressure and identity questions. What we teach is what we’ve walked through ourselves.

Lea is the co-founder of Deep Work, a business coach and a licensed psychotherapist. Before founding Deep Work, she spent more than five years at Capgemini Invent, advising organizations on leadership, transformation and people strategy.
Earlier in her career, Lea played professional basketball for 15 years at Bundesliga and national team level. Combining experience from elite sports, strategy consulting and psychology, she brings a unique perspective on performance, motivation, and personal growth. She helped dozens of professionals gain clarity about their strengths, values and career direction.
