Hi 👋, I’m Till Westermann. During my eight years in the Berlin startup ecosystem as an investor, operator, and founder of a VC-backed company, I encountered significant challenges in leadership, team dynamics, and communication within a business context. Navigating issues such as impostor syndrome, managing diverse teams, and communicating effectively were some of the toughest aspects of my journey. Business coaching and therapy were essential in overcoming these hurdles, which inspired me to start Deep Work.

Our mission

Our mission is to "rethink personal and professional development for tech professionals." This mission stems from our belief that traditional development models are ripe for innovation, and it's our responsibility to usher in this change. We strive to equip individuals with a deeper understanding of their emotions and thoughts, guiding them to harness these insights for self-improvement and career advancement. As we do so, we focus on creating an empathetic, judgement-free space where learners can explore, express, and grow.
