Great individual contributors don’t automatically become great leaders.
Most companies promote their strongest people into leadership and then leave them to figure it out. A generic training gets booked, tools get taught once, everyone nods. Three weeks later, nothing has changed on the ground.
Meanwhile the hard part is still hard:
First-time managers leading without a real toolkit
Feedback and difficult conversations getting avoided
Delegation that never quite happens, so leaders stay the bottleneck
Learnings that never make it into daily practice
It isn’t a knowledge problem. It’s a transfer problem. And it’s exactly what we’re built to solve.
Modular by design. Assembled around you.
Your program might combine a kick-off, a few trainings with transfer phases in between, peer practice, and optional 1:1 coaching. Here’s what we build from:
From one-time training to lasting leadership.
Every journey is tailored. The number of days, the cadence and the topics depend on your team. But a typical arc looks like this:

Delivered on-site, spread across several weeks or months. Never crammed into consecutive days. Leaders learn, go back to the job, apply it for real and return with live questions from the field. That gap between sessions is where the actual development happens.
We work with the founders and operators inside Germany’s leading startup & scale-ups.
Leadership at a fast-growing tech company isn’t the same as leadership anywhere else — the pace is higher, the structures are younger, and the pressure lands differently. We know that world, because it’s where our people come from and who we work with every day.

COACH
You’re not buying a curriculum. You’re buying the people who lead the room.

Lea coaches the founders and leadership teams inside every Deep Work program.
Her background is unusual by design: former basketball pro athlete, strategy consultant and licensed CBT psychotherapist. That mix is what lets her work on both sides of performance at once, the mindset and the mechanics of leading a team.
She's lived the cost of getting it wrong. After burning out at the top of sport and consulting, she rebuilt her whole approach around one idea: people are the real asset, and leaders grow fastest when they grow together.
Over the past five years she's worked with hundreds of founders, executives and teams.
