We are looking for profiles with a minimum of three to five years’ experience as an operator, founder, or engineer in a startup, ideally in a leadership position. The capacity to meet once a week for two hours, a keen interest in personal growth, and a willingness to work on yourself are essential.

Each session is tailored to ensure comprehensive understanding, typically lasting 2.5 hours.

We work exclusively with a carefully selected group of highly vetted and experienced business coaches who have a proven track record.
We will share more about the coach you would work with during our interview call. -
Deep Work is designed for tech professionals eager for personal and professional growth. Participants typically come from VC, tech startups, scale-ups, or have founded their own ventures, with some planning to take the leap soon. Previous participants have been between 29 and 39 years old.

Deep Work is currently running in Berlin with multiple batches each year, and we’re excited to launch in Munich in Spring 2025!
