FAQs

Are there any prerequisites or qualifications needed to join?

We are looking for profiles with a minimum of three to five years’ experience as an operator, founder, or engineer in a startup, ideally in a leadership position. The capacity to meet once a week for two hours, a keen interest in personal growth and a willingness to work on yourself are essential.

How long is each session within the 6-week program?

Each session is tailored to ensure comprehensive understanding, typically lasting 2.5 hours.

What Coaches are you working with?

We work exclusively with a carefully selected group of highly vetted and experienced business coaches who have a proven track record. We will share more about the coach you would work with during our interview call.

Who are the other participants?

Deep Work is designed for tech professionals eager for personal and professional growth. Participants typically come from VC, tech startups, scale-ups, or have founded their own ventures, with some planning to take the leap soon. Previous participants have been between 28 and 39 years old.

Where is Deep Work currently available?

Deep Work is currently running in Berlin with multiple batches each year, and we’re excited to launch in Munich in Summer 2026! Applications for the first Munich batch will open soon, and you can sign up for the waitlist now to secure your spot. We’re also planning to expand to more cities in the near future!
